Host Requirements

• Volunteer Hosts must be a Lake Claire resident and live on one of these streets: Casson St., New York Ave., Connecticut Ave., Delaware Ave., Arizona Ave., Indiana Ave., McLendon Ave. (on South side only).
  
  

• Host an artist or musician either on your porch, driveway, front of house, or your yard.
  
  

• Allow craft fair artist/musician to use your toilet.
  
  

• Artist/musicians will be in charge of bringing any supplies they need, including a table, chairs, tent, water, tape, etc.
  
  

• Be able to communicate directly with the artist or musician that you are agreeing to host.
  
  

• Registration Deadline: Friday, November 7, 2025
